We collect only the minimum data needed to provide our service: your email (if you create an account), conversion metadata (file names, transaction counts), and usage analytics.

2. File Processing

Bank statement files you upload are processed in encrypted memory and deleted immediately after conversion. We never store, view, or share your bank statement data.

3. Data Storage

Account data (email, profile, conversion history metadata) is stored in encrypted databases. Transaction data extracted from your statements is stored only in your account and can be deleted at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell or share your data with third parties. We use third-party services (Supabase for database, Paddle for billing) that comply with GDPR and SOC 2.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time from your dashboard settings. You can also request data deletion by contacting us.

6. GDPR Compliance

We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
