1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PerfectConvertly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PerfectConvertly provides AI-powered bank statement conversion from PDF, image, and CSV formats to Excel, CSV, and JSON output formats.

3. Free Credits

New users receive 5 free credits. Each credit converts one bank statement page. Additional credits require a paid subscription.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities, attempt to reverse engineer the AI, abuse the API rate limits, or share your API key.

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert and process the bank statements you upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

PerfectConvertly is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
